I made the choice to start therapy almost three years ago. I looked at a lot of different therapy places, but when I came around this one, it really caught my eye. Choosing Innovative Family Therapy has been one of the best decisions ever. It’s a welcoming, cozy environment. Alisa was so easy to talk to from the start and I always leave my appointments feeling way more settled and composed. Forever grateful for this therapy group and I can’t see myself switching!
